Yes — each listing unlocks its own assessment. If you own more than one, unlock each of them once from this site; everything lands in the same place.

Open the unlock page and enter two things: your Etsy order number and the email address you used at checkout. Your browser then stores a signed access pass that keeps the test unlocked for about a year — no account and no Etsy login required.

It's the 9–10 digit number in your Etsy confirmation email. You can also find it on Etsy under You → Purchases → order details. Copy the number itself, without the # sign.

No. Open the unlock page again and enter the same order number and email — your access is re-issued on the spot, so you never pay twice for the same assessment. You can unlock on a few devices of your own (phone, laptop, tablet); if you've reached that limit, message us through Etsy with your order number and we'll reset it.

No. The test itself needs no account. An optional free account (sign-in by email code, no password) exists only if you want to save your reports so you can come back to them later.

Yes — as many times as you like on the same browser for about a year. Retaking is a good idea after a few months; patterns shift, and seeing that shift is part of the value. One fair-use note: the AI-written analysis is freshly generated a limited number of times per day per purchase — past that you'll still get your full profile and a standard written reading.

Use “Save to My Reports” on the result page. After a quick email-code sign-in, the report is stored with your account and you can reopen it anytime at My Reports.

Your answers are scored in your browser. They are only sent to our server if you explicitly save a report — and then only together with the generated report, so you can view it again. Otherwise, nothing about your responses leaves your device.

A share link shows only your profile summary — your style or constellation name plus a short excerpt. It never includes your answers, your dimension scores, or your full report.

Yes. Message us through Etsy from the account or email you used, and we'll delete your saved reports and account data. Self-serve deletion is on our roadmap.

Because access is digital and unlocked instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once the test has been taken. If something didn't work, or you bought the wrong item by mistake before unlocking it, contact us through Etsy within 14 days — we'll make it right in line with Etsy's policies.

No. These assessments are educational self-reflection tools, not clinical instruments. They can't diagnose any condition and they don't replace a qualified professional. If you're struggling, please reach out to a mental-health professional or your local support services.

Etsy processes the payment and any receipts. We never see or store your card details — we only use the order number and email you provide to unlock access.
